Nina Dalina, President

As the President of TSii Consulting, Nina is responsible for running all facets of the business.  Nina has a significant background in the field of sales and marketing and over 25 years of experience driving sales growth in the technology industry. Prior to putting up TSii, Nina was Sales Manager for Microsoft partner in the Philippines, responsible for sales activities and led the senior sales team of the company. She has contributed a phenomenal success in the saturation of Microsoft business in the Philippines in all vertical market such as Telecoms, Banking and Finance, Manufacturing and Government. Previously, she served as Business Development Officer of a CTI company, where she led the design and implementation of all sales strategies.

She has the unique ability to develop strategic outsourcing initiatives custom-fit to the clients’ needs. Nina is able to utilize her international network to provide TSii's clients a well-rounded and comprehensive BPO approach. She earned a B.S. Psychology degree at Angeles University Foundation.

Jim Welch, SEnior consultant

As a Senior Consultant, Jim brings 38 years of experience with a Fortune 500 retailer with 32 of those years at a corporate management level.
 
Jim's extensive background includes marketing, sales promotion, purchasing and logistics. In his last capacity he acted as an internal consultant, working with vendors and purchasing staff to determine optimum levels of production, warehousing, transportation and distribution to maximize ROI at every level. 
 
Jim's diverse expertise provides our clients with the confidence that we can solve all of their outsourcing needs and deliver the results they require.

Jim holds a B.S. degree in Marketing from LaSalle University.


 

Roger Silva – Head of Operations

Registered Mechanical Engineer from Holy Angel University, Angeles City Philippines. Former Assistant Supervisor for Facilities Operations and Maintenance of Liquid Crystal Display Manufacturing facility. Former O&M Engineer in Healthcare Facility in Al-Khobar Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Former Head of Production and Operations of Solar Wafers Manufacturing Facility – Jeddah, K.S.A. 3+ years in BPO industry as Head of Operations.


 

Ken Crisostomo – Offshore Project Liaison

Ken is a Licensed Professional Teacher in the Philippines and a graduate of Post Baccalaureate Degree in Information Technology from one of the top universities in the Philippines. Well experienced in a call center industry that worked with leading financial company in U.S. and globally for almost 5 years. He shifted to the managerial role as operations manager for an electric car rental company based in Illinois. He is now working as Education Operations Specialist for a global software company and Project Liaison for TSii Consulting.

Candy has been in the BPO industry for over 25 years and includes engagements with The Leading Global BPO providers. She is a results-driven leader with extensive sales management, marketing and business development experience across all business verticals. Having an exceptional track record of generating business growth and creating shareholder value, she can clearly demonstrate her ability to negotiate win-win agreements. She continues to excel in the challenging and dynamic BPO environment.


nathan mountforD, Senior Consultant

Nathan brings with him a strong background with 17 years in Sales and Business. With an academic focus in Economics and a US Military Intelligence Veteran, Nathan went on to gain experience in Technology, Security, Call Center Operations, Contracts, Finance, and Business within companies large and small. In 2007, he was awarded the Army’s Distinguished Adjutant General’s Award for his exemplary contribution leading and training soldiers to becoming the most effective in the Battalion.

In his downtime, Nathan enjoys reading a broad range of topics including business, entrepreneurship, geo-economics, philosophy, physics, ancient history, and biblical studies. Nathan’s broad range of knowledge, experience, leadership, and team skills makes him the very flexible analytical thinker and problem solver you will want when stuff needs to get done."

Adrian Limon, Senior Consultant

Adrian Limon is a professional with over 24 years experience in team leadership, sales and customer satisfaction. He has extensive experience in telecommunications, call center operations since 1992 and worked in the wireless retail industry since 2003. 

He has managed outbound and inbound programs for Fortune 500 clients from banks to telecommunication companies such as US West/Qwest and BellSouth both consumer and Business to Business campaigns.

Adrian has also worked with National Wireless carriers such as AT&T, Verizon, Alltel and T-Mobile. He managed retail locations and as RTSM was responsible for hiring, training and ongoing new hire training curriculum.

Chris Mulford has sales and operations experience in all sizes of companies from Fortune 100 companies to small start ups. He has a through knowledge of architecting business processes to optimize resources.

Operationally, he has multi-industry experience in corporate expansion and development. His years of corporate experience have given him a unique perspective on business by understanding the value of exceptional customer service and utilizing technology solutions to solve real problems and add value to the company bottom line.
